Choosing the vehicle

Airport or arrival pickup

Request a driver and a suitable car for the first leg of a trip, from the arrival point to your hotel or residence. Arrival details are reviewed with the request, and availability is confirmed case by case.

Business travel and multi-stop schedules

Useful when a day includes meetings at several addresses and you would rather work or prepare in the back seat than manage routes. Stops and timings are set out in the request so the proposal reflects the real programme.

Events and evenings

Dinners, receptions, weddings and private occasions often call for a driver so that everyone in the party can arrive and leave together. The car is chosen around the occasion and the number of guests.

Longer private itineraries

A day or several days beyond the city can be requested, with the route and duration shaping the proposal. Longer and out-of-city arrangements are treated as individual requests.

    Once the details are agreed, the arrangement is confirmed and you meet your driver at the agreed pickup point.

    Suitability and chauffeur availability depend on the vehicle you select and on your itinerary. Name the car or class you have in mind, and we will advise whether it can be arranged with a driver.

  • Can an airport pickup be requested?

    Yes, you can include an airport arrival in your request. Share the arrival date, time and passenger numbers, and the arrangement is reviewed and confirmed individually.

  • Can the arrangement cover several hours or a full day?

    You can request an arrangement for several hours, a full day or longer. Duration, stops and route shape the proposal, and each one is confirmed on its own terms.

  • Can an itinerary extend beyond Europe?

    This service is focused on Europe. If your route reaches further, include it in your request and it will be reviewed individually, but it should not be assumed.

  • Is the chauffeur included in the self-drive rental price shown on the site?

    No. The self-drive price on a vehicle page should not be read as including a driver. A chauffeur arrangement is quoted separately for your itinerary.
