Cap d'Ail. The nearest coastal stop west of the principality, and a short, easy drive. It suits a relaxed first outing in a new car or a lunch by the water. Check parking before you go, as spaces near the shore fill quickly in high season.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. A peninsula of private villas and a quiet harbour town, joined by a short coastal run. Roads here are narrow and winding, so a low-slung supercar calls for steady, unhurried driving. Late morning or early evening usually means lighter traffic and easier parking.
Èze and the Moyenne Corniche. Climb above the coast for sweeping bends and views back over the Mediterranean. A grand tourer or a convertible suits this road, which rewards smooth driving over speed. The hilltop village has limited parking, so arrive early in summer.
Cannes. A comfortable run along the coast for a Croisette dinner or a festival-week appearance. Arrange hotel or garage parking in advance, because central streets are busy at peak times. A full day or an overnight stay gives the drive more room.
Saint-Tropez. The longest of the five, and best planned as a full day or an overnight trip. Summer traffic on the approach can be heavy, so an early start helps. Book parking at your hotel or restaurant, since the village centre is tight for wide supercars.
