Luxury Car Rental in Palamós (Costa Brava)

S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The coast road south of Palamós is a good first drive. It has sea views, tight curves and short stops at S'Agaró's villas and the Sant Feliu promenade. Go in the morning, when the road is quieter and parking in town is easier.

Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc. Two small seaside villages with narrow approach roads. In summer the car parks fill early, so aim to arrive before lunch or after the beach crowds leave. A compact, low-slung car suits these streets better than a large one.

Begur and Aiguablava. A climb through pine woods leads to Begur's hilltop centre, then down to the cove at Aiguablava. The bends reward a relaxed pace. Plan a lunch or dinner stop here rather than a quick pass-through.

Pals and Peratallada. Inland Baix Empordà has stone villages, farmland and open roads, a calm change from the coast. The medieval centres are best explored on foot, so park at the edge of each village and walk in.

Girona. A city day for dinner, shopping or business meetings. Leave the car in a car park outside the old quarter rather than driving into its narrow streets. The route back to Palamós suits an evening return.
